Day-by-Day Itinerary
Fly into Kasane and transfer to your riverside lodge on the Chobe River. Spend the afternoon on a boat safari, watching elephants swim and hippos wallow at sunset. Dinner is at the lodge.
Morning game drives explore Chobe's riverfront, home to one of Africa's largest elephant populations. Afternoon boat cruises bring you close to buffalo, crocodile and abundant birdlife. Evenings are spent on the deck overlooking the river.
A light-aircraft flight takes you over the delta to Camp Moremi. Settle into your tent overlooking the Xakanaxa Lagoon. The afternoon game drive looks for lion, leopard and wild dog.
Morning and afternoon drives explore Moremi's mix of woodland and floodplains. Look for lion, leopard and large herds of red lechwe. Dinner is served around the campfire.
Spend the morning on a boat trip on the Xakanaxa Lagoon, home to one of the delta's largest heronries. In the afternoon, try a mokoro excursion or join a final game drive. Your farewell dinner is under the stars.
After breakfast, fly back to Maun for your onward connections.
